MCDR employs the highest standards of integrity and transparency in its work, and quality therapists are at the heart of MCDR’s work. MCDR is committed to offering a diverse roster of licensed therapists in local jurisdictions across the United States in which disputing parties can have the utmost confidence. For this reason, we have established the following minimum qualification criteria that applicants must meet in order to be considered for acceptance to MCDR’s National Roster of Therapists.
General Experience:
For phase 1 of our Therapist Recruitment, a minimum of 5 years of experience as a licensed therapist.
Therapy Training & Experience:
A minimum of 24 hours of requisite training combined with service as a therapist with at least three hundred direct contact client sessions, in the applicant’s primary field of expertise, over the last three calendar years is required.
Ongoing Training & CEU:
All Therapists enrolled on MCDR’s roster must abide by the National Board of Counseling Ethics and take necessary continuing education unit training required by their State of licensure.
