MCDR employs the highest standards of integrity and transparency in its work, and quality Fiqh Experts are at the heart of MCDR’s work.  MCDR is committed to offering a diverse roster of Fiqh Experts in local jurisdictions across the United States in which disputing parties can have the utmost confidence. For this reason, we have established the following minimum qualification criteria that applicants must meet in order to be considered for acceptance to MCDR’s National Roster of Islamic Fiqh Experts.

General Experience:

For phase 1 of our Islamic Fiqh Expert Recruitment, a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Islamic scholarship role is required.

Education:

A bachelor’s degree or higher from a U.S. accredited university, or its international equivalent, in the area of Islamic Jurisprudence, Islamic Law, Islamic Science, Arabic Literature, and/or Islamic Fiqh is required.
